Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the almond flour, salt, and baking soda.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the coconut oil, vanilla, and maple syrup. Mix into dry ingredients.
  4. Transfer the dough into a 9 inch pie dish. Carefully pat out dough to the correct shape, this could take some finesse.
  5. Transfer pie dist to the oven and pre-bake for 10-15 minutes or until crust just begins to turn golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool before adding pie contents.
