  1. Mix heavy creme, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and bourbon in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Beat until soft peaks begin to form.
  3. Dollop a small amount onto your desired dessert. Best used immediately. If making for future consumption, consider adding a stabilizer such as Whip-It! or bloomed gelatin to prevent the cream from re-liquefying.
