Peanut Butter Cheese Ball
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and brown sugar in large bowl until well blended.
Spoon onto a large piece of plastic wrap, bring up 4 corners to shape into a ball.
Place in a small bowl to help hold the shape. Freeze for 90 minutes or until firm enough to keep it’s shape.
Remove from plastic wrap and roll in chocolate and peanut butter chips, pressing them into the ball if necessary.
Place on a serving dish and freeze for 2 hours or until almost firm.
If making ahead of time, thaw at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before serving.
Serve with animal crackers, pretzels, and apples for dipping and spreading.
